Regional Premiere

Vom Hühnerstall zum Wassermelonen-LKW, von der
schießwütigen Polizei zum allergischen Trucker, von der Oma
zum Hochwasser, Paulette und ihre Tochter Linda begeben sich
auf die Suche nach dem Huhn. Der Film erzählt von der Kindheit
aus der Perspektive eines Kindes, ohne sentimental oder
übertrieben zu sein, mit Humor, Unfug und Poesie.

Dal pollaio al camioncino dei cocomeri, dalla polizia
dal grilletto facile al camionista allergico, dalla nonna alle
inondazioni, Paulette e sua figlia si imbarcano alla ricerca
del pollo. Il film parla dell'infanzia dal punto di vista di un
bambino, senza essere eccessivamente sentimentale o
esagerato, con umorismo, malizia e poesia.

From henhouse to watermelon truck, trigger-happy police
to allergic trucker, grandma to floodwaters, Paulette and her
daughter embark on a quest to find the chicken. The film speaks
of childhood from a child’s perspective, without being overly
sentimental or exaggerating, with humour, mischief, and poetry.
